"On Monday, April 23, 2007 my motorcycle sustained a blow out (rear tire) while going northbound on the Florida Turnpike in Stuart Florida. Fortunately, my wife and I survived this blowout without a scratch to us. The local Honda dealers in Stuart did not have any tires available or in stock. I then called Rick Case Honda and spoke with the service and parts department. To my amazement the parts employee advised that they had 50 tires in stock for my Honda Gold Wing. I was advised to bring the bike in, and they would install a new tire for me. I then called for a tow truck which towed me 120 miles to Rick Case Honda. Upon arrival at Rick Case Honda I was told by a service tech that I would have to leave the bike there. I explained to the service tech that this was an emergency situation. and not a preplanned service. I then asked to speak to the service manager and explained my hardship to him. The service manager took my bike in immediately and had a new tire installed within ten minutes. I want to take this time to thank the Service Manager and the service dept. (mechanic)for understanding and helping me out in a difficult situation. Even though I live in Miami Dade County I am dedicated to Rick Case Honda because of the exceptional service that I receive everytime I visit your dealership. I will always highly recommend Rick Case Honda to all my friends and family. Once gain thank you Mr. & Mrs. Rick & Rita Case for your outstanding dealership, and the employees who make your dealership number one in all of South Florida.

"I am on my fourth bike that I have bought at Rick Case Honda. My first experience was Great Paul Trippy and Lee Swasey are #1 in my book they fought all day and night just to get me on my Shadow 750. 28 Days later I came back
and traded the 750 for my first VTX 1300R again Paul Trippy
And Lee took care of all my needs and made sure I was happy when I left for a second Time. well that bike got stolen and of course because of your great staff I went Back to Rick Case Honda for my third Bike again Lee and Mike (BIG Sexy) Help me out to no End. well I am glad to see Paul Trippy back At Rick Case Honda so I traded my VTX 1300 for a VTX 1800 and again what service I can't stop talking about it.
